About
You're not hiring an agency. You're hiring Shanair.
Jet Set Adventures is one advisor with fifteen years behind her — which means the person who plans your trip is the person who answers when you have a question about it.

Owner & Travel Advisor
Shanair Johnson
I spent fifteen years planning travel under a host agency before starting Jet Set Adventures. I wanted to run things my own way — and to stand behind every trip with my own name on it.
A good vacation is not just a nice hotel. I want you to come home having actually understood where you were: what people eat there, how they spend a Sunday, why the place is the way it is. I plan around that.
“Greece and Cape Town are the two I recommend most. I have been to both, and in each the people were so genuinely welcoming that it changed how I talk about the destination.”
What you can expect
- A real conversation before any money changes hands. The first call is free and lasts about thirty minutes.
- An honest answer about whether your dates and budget work, even when that answer is not what you hoped.
- One itinerary covering hotels, transfers, tours and — if you want it — airfare, rather than a pile of links.
- The same person from the first call to the day you fly home.
And what she doesn’t do
Jet Set Adventures does not take flight-only bookings and does not process visas. If your destination requires one, you will be told precisely what is needed and where to apply — but the application stays with you. Saying that plainly up front seems better than discovering it later.

How working together goes

She builds the trip
You get a full itinerary: hotels, transfers, tours, and airfare if you want it booked too. A $50 planning fee starts the work and is credited toward your trip, so it comes off what you pay, not on top of it.
$50 to begin · credited to your trip

You approve it and go
Once the plan is right, Shanair books it. You pay by credit or debit card, and depending on the supplier there may be payment plan options. Travel protection is offered so you're covered if something shifts.
Booked for you · protection offered
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
Thirty minutes on the phone, no cost and no obligation. You will come away knowing more about your trip either way.
